Wow, what a year it has been!
It would seems like, since Moshi Monsters was launched a whole lot of other games for the same age group have been released.
The favorite ones still are Club Penguin, Bin Weevils and soon we will give a list of others to try, so watch this space and check this page from time to time.
Probably one of the most exciting pursuit in the game is to collect Moshlings which are baby Moshi Monsters, there are soooo many we have lost count, with our favorite being Lady Goo Goo.

So in this post we give a a quick list of the main types of moshimonsters.
Diavlo looks like a little devil
Luvli look like a cute floating little heart
Poppet looks like a big eyed teddy
Katsuma is a cross betwen a rabit and feline and a satsuma
Moshlings are baby monsters which grow from seeds

This post is about the Luvli type moshimonster, meant to be cute as usual and with its heart shape, much more lovable than a Katsuma, Diavlo, Zommer (clearly) an even a Poppet.
In the character creation Katsuma (think cat + satsuma), seem to appeal to many new players…Katsumas seem to be everywhere in Monstro City whereas there appear to be fewer Zommers, Diavlos and Poppets. Clearly this is our impression… The best way to learn more about Katsumas is to play the game or watch this video.
In the game the Diavlo type looks to be the cheekiest monster looking like a little round demon. We quite like it here especially as you will find that in the game many players experience with different colour schemes which make their Diavlos most amusing!. Of course we have managed to also find a cool video on Diavlo…feel free to check it out!
In Moshi Monsters the Poppet type monster is probably the cutest with big eyes and a general teddy bear come panda look!. Here is a cool video about Poppet sure to be a favourite for many who like pink! (and if don’t like pink you can always change the colour after you have selected your monster).

This video shows a Zommer in action. Zommers look like an rather ugly but strangely frienly monsters…with rotten smelly limbs and entrails no doubt!

Moshi Monsters codes are found on the back of Moshi Monsters cards and included in merchandise. Gamers can use them to unlock games features and also to earn rare items.
